Scenario
This house always seems to be available....
No one stays very long in this house.
No one has ever died at the House, as far as we know, but, it just seems to turn your life upside down after living there a few weeks.
This is NOT a house you want to rent.
The "FOR RENT" is a Horror/Surreal experience that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
Non-union
The entire Cast and Crew of FOR RENT is NON-UNION. Sorry, there are no exceptions and no waivers.
Shooting in Independence, Missouri
The House being used for the series is located in Independence, Missouri.
Except for a few studio and stage scenes, the entire series will be shot On-Location .
Shooting Schedule
We finished the Open / Close on September 17th, 2022. We will cast and start shooting the Series next year!
Pay and Incentives
All performers and crew are paid and include: On-screen credits, craft service, unlimited access to the completed project via the Internet.
This TV Series is being presented to HBO, SHOWTIME and NETFLIX
About Mike Johnson - our Writer/Director
Mike has worked on nearly a thousand productions during his career in Hollywood, Casting Men, women and children in everything from Movies, TV Shows, Commercials, Live Productions, Music Videos and more. Johnson started doing his own productions, starting with "Dead Rage" a few years ago. Johnson is now writing and directing this new TV series.
