Four young friends are on their way to a Vegas football game.
They decide to drive through a desolate town as a shortcut to get there.
When their car breaks down in the middle of their trip, they try to find their way back to civilization, only to end up trapped in the sadistic games of Rusty Nail and his horrifying truck.
With law enforcement closing in and nothing left to lose, Rusty will stop at nothing to make this ride, his greatest one.
